Great product. Actually works. Was worried about the taste as other products are very strong. This taste is pretty neutral and love that it is a chewy gummy! Good value for money and can see it is having a good impact on my sleep and my health. Have more energy that normal but does take a few weeks for it to kick in.

I didn’t get out of these what I thought I would, I didn’t notice any difference in myself but I will say that I am already on Creatine and Pre-workout for the gym so I would have been doing something wrong I bet, I am going to buy more and do it again changing my routine.
They taste great and work well for my lifestyle, I love the gummies over powders, but I need to do it again and use it better. I would recommend these tasty gummies.

I wasn’t too sure what to expect with these things, as I only stumbled across shilajit recently. Anyway, there’s no hint of an unpleasant flavour – they actually taste pretty nice – and I did seem to be feeling more energised and alert after taking them for a few days. I need to give it more time to confirm that it is definitely the gummies that are making me feel this way, but so far, so good. I’m definitely going to buy some more.
